This form is the sign up sheet to host an Iftar Dinner for the Islamic Center of Dekalb. Iftar dinners will only be held on FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY  and the LAST 10 DAYS OF RAMADAN. 

There will be about 150 People to feed. 

Option 1: Providing Food and Supplies

If you are bringing your own food, there needs to be 8 trays for the main course. at least 2 side dishes (2 trays each) , and desert (2 trays). Split Evenly!

For Man Side- ICD Masjid 801 Normal Road, DeKalb IL 
For Women Side – IQRA Center 401 Normal Road, DeKalb IL 

Also you need to provide plates, cups, bowls, spoons, forks, knives, bottles of water, napkins and dates for 150 people and the host fee is $50 for cleaning and disposal.

Option 2: Paying The Masjid. Fixed cost will be $1,000 (everything included)

If you would like to pay the masjid to provide the food the fixed cost will be $1,000 (everything included).  

$850 towards food and $150 goes to Masjid for paper supplies, bottles of water and clean up.
